Cheesecake
Sapote Lucuma tastes like cheesecake, very dense, very rough, very sticky in the mouth, as if you put a tablespoon of flour on your tongue. Nice sweet taste, and aroma cheesecake! Very soft and delicate, no annoying aromas due to sour, tart or bitter.
